With our conference fast approaching, we thought we might offer some useful tips for our shy and/or introverted members and speakers 💛

In research, we do not chase fame or glory, but the betterment of ourselves and those who will follow 💛

A PhD is not “just studying”. It involves teaching, writing, researching, presenting, and constantly learning how to navigate uncertainty.
Supporting PhD students can be as simple as listening, showing curiosity about their work, and recognizing the effort.
